Press Release Post 21st October 2014 Trustees' Meeting

At its latest meeting, the St Andrews Community Trust made eight awards and distributed £26,000 to local organisations. The purpose of the Trust is to distribute funds generated through protecting the trademark of the Town Crest of the Royal Burgh of St Andrews. Funds are allocated to clubs, charitable organisations and good causes in and around the town.

Monitoring of Awards October 2014
St Andrews Community Trust asks for a monitoring form to be completed for all the awards that it makes.This enables the Trustees to evaluate how well the award has been used and also provides useful information when an organiastion make a further application for funding. The Trustees considered eleven reports at their meeting held on 21 October 2014.
